The Influencer Circle operates on a barter model. No monetary payments are exchanged between creators and venues through our platform. Therefore, traditional refund policies do not apply to barter transactions.
If a venue fails to provide the agreed-upon experience, or a creator fails to deliver committed content, either party may raise a dispute through the platform. We will review disputes case-by-case.
If we introduce paid subscription features in the future, refund terms specific to those services will be provided at the time of purchase.
