The Influencer Circle is a barter-based marketplace connecting influencers/content creators with venues in Delhi NCR. No monetary transactions occur between creators and venues on the platform.
Creators agree to: provide accurate profile information, deliver agreed-upon content (reels, stories, reviews) within the campaign timeline, check in at venues as scheduled, and maintain professional conduct.
Venues agree to: honor the barter value offered in campaigns, provide the experience/service as described, review and approve/reject deliverables in a timely manner, and treat creators professionally.
Creators retain ownership of their content. By submitting deliverables, creators grant venues a non-exclusive license to repost the content with credit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or consistently fail to deliver on campaign commitments.
The Influencer Circle facilitates connections between creators and venues. We are not responsible for the quality of experiences provided by venues or content delivered by creators.
